These terms apply to the Dr. Deepak's Diabetes Care app and website, provided by Holistic Health Care. By using the service you agree to them and to our privacy policy.

The service

Dr. Deepak's Diabetes Care supports your diabetes care program with a personalised diet plan, tracking, consultations, messages with your care team and live group sessions. Accounts are created by our team when you join a program. You must be 18 or older, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

Medical disclaimer

• The service supports lifestyle change and does not replace your own doctor. Do not start, stop or change any medication without your doctor's advice.
• It is not an emergency service. If you feel unwell, have very high or very low sugar readings, or have symptoms that worry you, contact your doctor or local emergency services straight away.
• Results differ from person to person, and we cannot guarantee a particular outcome.

Programs and fees

The Detox Challenge gives you 90 days of access and Quantum Membership one year, from the start date confirmed when you enroll. Fees, payment and any refunds are as agreed with our team at enrollment; payments are not taken inside the app.

Live sessions

Join links for live sessions are for you only. Please do not share them, and do not record or share other participants without their permission. Be respectful; we may remove anyone who disrupts a session.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, readings, reports and messages you add. You allow us to store them and show them to your care team so they can support you, as described in the privacy policy.

Fair use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other people's data, interfere with the service, or upload unlawful or harmful content.

Changes, suspension and ending

We may update the service and these terms; we'll tell you about important changes. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made without consulting your doctor. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
