Delete your Dr. Deepak's Diabetes Care account

You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time.

How to ask

• In the app: open Profile and tap Request account deletion.
• Without the app: email own.deepakhealth@gmail.com from the email address or mobile number registered with us, with your full name and “Delete my account”.

What happens next

• We contact you within 3 working days to confirm the request is really from you.
• We then switch off sign-in for your account straight away.
• Within 30 days we delete or anonymise your personal and health data: your profile, readings, meal photos, lab reports and messages.
• We keep only records the law requires us to hold (for example, records of consultations and payments), stored securely and deleted once the legal period ends.

Deleting your account ends your access to your program. If you just want a break, talk to your care team instead. See our privacy policy for more about how we handle your data.
